build me up, buttercup! click & subscribe!

Sometimes my friends ask me: why do I do this ‘blog’? Why, really? I have only ~10 RSS subscribers and 30-50 unique visitors per day. It’s nothing.

My answer is: First, I do this for my own good. I like to follow people and to find new and interesting stuff on the internet: meaningful pictures, quotes and weird videos. I like to post these things, because I do believe, these things are interesting for some other people, too.

The usual reply for this thought is: hey, but you really have a very few visitors per day. No, it’s not true, not really. I have almost 60 followers on Tumblr. Okay, it’s not a kneel-down-before-me number, but they are real people. They aren’t visible on the charts, because they (hm, yes, you!) are following me inside the Tumblr dashboard. And this is fantastic. There are 60 people around the world who are interested in what I do and post and (sometimes) write. It is really fantastic.

So, when some people say this whole thing is meaningless, I answer: I do this for myself and for my followers.

My name is Szabi, I’m from Hungary.
I post interesting stuffs on my tumbleblog.
And I don’t have 100-200 visitors per day.

SO WHAT.
